Chris Played by Charles Berman has metamorphosed into a caller for the summer, leaving the control board and hosting duties in the capable hand of The One Handed Bandit; she and Dr. Kaboom are joined by Apprentice Jackie, Spoon, The Reverend, and The Reverend's full orchestral sound effect for just the kind of all-out battle of wits that ensues whenever a stuffed animal is in the offing.IS Sweet and Innocent drunk? Why doesn't Dr. Kaboom believe in intraterrestrial aliens? Why does Pander Bear's voice sound so familiar? Is it ever too late to rockroll The Mad Trivia Party? Listen and discover!
The One Handed Bandit has once again misplaced her health, but Apprentice Jackie is here to fill her shoes, bringing a set of 1980s-television-related questions that by being definable as "popular culture" baffle Mad Trivia's regular callers. She, Chris Played by Charles Berman, Dr. Kaboom, and all-American superhuman, invincible action demagogue Dallas Hogan, meanwhile, must find a recipient for a set of three Bible card games, and it becomes apparent that a new caller may be challenging Mad Trivia's juggernauts of Emily and the Baron.
Chris Played by Charles Berman, The One Handed Bandit, and the ever-punctual Dr. Kaboom are pleased to be joined by the overwhelming technical brilliance of The Geek. As Inspector 37 slyly works in his answers and Emily spars with Baron Jacob von Manstud over minutiae and arcana, the sudden announcement that a free cake has been delivered to the radio station causes The One Handed Bandit unexplainably to change voices. This time, the cake was the truth.
